Here is a picture of the Nintendo Revolution, to get formally unveiled today at an E3 press conference.
Some details that are now known is that it will be backwards-compatible, online, have 512 Mb of memory, and will be out in 2006. It will also play DVD's this time.
Nintendo did not show what the controllers looked like, but did confirm that they're wireless. Like Sony and Microsoft, Nintendo did not announce a price at their press conference.
It has since been announcd that when Nintendo said Revolution would be backwards compatible, they weren't lying. It will be backwards-compatible with games from ALL Nintendo systems starting with the NES and going on up to the Game Cube. The games will be donloaded and played through an in-console emulator.
