It would appear that Greyskull is more in line with the typical DCUC-like buck and not at all like the MOTCU buck. Is this true? If so, why the difference in style? I know Greyskull was a 200X creation and might not look all that good in the original figure style. If this is indeed the case are we going to see figures from different cartoons in those specific styles? It would certainly be an interesting direction to take the figures in.

Im just happy to see HE-MAN back again and fully poseable...i cant wait to collect these, seems like its going to be a very good next two years of toys but i am a little dissapointed at the style of the figures given the ones that i have from 2002 but hey as i said before being a big He-man fan i will buy them i alreaqdy have King Greyskull

And they're identical, just like the original figures, except for the head, armor, and paint scheme.

I know they said they were going to be doing it this way, but after having an upgrade like we got in 200X, going back to this seems like twice as much of a step back and comes off as Mattel cutting costs more than trying to be faithful to the original figures (why be faithful to one of the few flaws of that line?).

They later showed the remaining protos, including Zodak and Merman.
