I'm getting him cause I own the original. I agree 100% NA should be bonus figs. maybe extra bonus figs or Matty.com exclusives.

I am guessing this figure will take a few weeks to sell out. I don't think I will buy one. I do like that a good portion of him looks like it will be used for Man E Faces.
He may not sell as ridiculously quick as an A-tier character like Man-At-Arms, but I think Optikk's going to have a respectable showing. Even if he proves to be relatively unpopular, I doubt he lasts more than a few days. I think a character like Randor is a good measuring stick for Optikk. Reaction from casual fans has been pretty positive so far.
i loved him back in the days. optik is a great figure. in a way i want mattel to keep those out of the subscriptions for motuc. i am ok with having them but not all. i think that the na and pop figs should be the extra figs of the month. subscription is ok but there are some figs in the na and pop, i really dont wanna have. they should separate those figs from the motuc line. she-ra is a must have same as adora. the hordes are all on my wishlists but not all the rebels. glimmer and bow seem ok but i pass on all the others. keldor will be a great add. i dont wanna go into all the different he-mans. battle armor is a must for me and if they do a snake armor he-man and thats about it. i also hope that mattel isnt pushing that much. look at february. thats a lot.

Some comics and such based on the NA series had he-man with a gold/yellow classic power sword, so its probably an NA He-man to go with Optikk.
Meh... I like Optikk but I really hope they keep the NA stuff to a minimum.
That said, I don't much feel like getting a Thunder-Punch He-Man either. We've got enough He-Mans already, as far as I'm concerned.
They have pretty much run out of repaints to do I think for bonus figures so all that is left is heman & skeletor variations . Unless they start doing multiple figures per month ... Which I hope not ... Kind of hoping they pull back on the bonus figures for a bit even right now!
Me too, we don't need a bonus figure every month, that's for sure.
I could swallow the $20 price point for these mainly because they were only one a month, and having to ship the bonus figures separately from any subscription you might have makes it even worse.
Optikk is one of the cooler looking NA Character. I'm glad he's the first to see the light of day!
