That lighter blue(with some added highlights or drybrushing) might be good for a different Faker figure. Like, say, the battle damaged head...

They spared all expenses with this one. Standard buck and reused parts galore. Virtually no paint apps and just new armor and head... and some dumb ass looking glasses. I think Nepthu has more style than this figure.
