The Masters of the Universe Vintage Collection Wave 3 featuring the latest 5.5-inch assortment of Crystal Man-At-Arms (from Episode 34 "The Dragon's Gift"), Frozen Teela (from Episode 76 "The Ice Age Cometh"), Gold Statue He-Man (from Episode 2 "The Shaping Staff"), Mer-Man, Orko (3.5-inch), Prince Adam, and Trap Jaw. All figures come with accessories and packaged with a custom character history card and new original art on the back of each card. The pre-sale will be open from now until Thursday, February 28th and is not a limited edition release but pre-sale orders will receive the figures immediately upon arrival from the factory. Figures are available individually for $20 each and we expect to ship them in Summer 2019. Packaging for some figures is not finalized and not shown here but will be posted when available.

It's unknown what the status is for the Shadow Weaver, Evil Lynn and Buzz-Off figures that leaked out the other day. Perhaps they will be part of the 4th wave?

@bgilmer76- thanks for the tip, more likely to consider with that workaround. Mostly, I display on shelves but would like the option to pose without breakage issues.

Of all the motu characters do we really need gold, crystal, and frozen versions of previous figures?I mean what is this,Image comics from the early 90s multiple cover money making scheme tactics?

If you do decide to get these vintage style figures, I totally understand I am a suckerfor retro styled toys too. Ihave some very important advice for those darn leg joints. Boil some water, pour it in a cup where the figure's legs can be submerged up to his/her waste. Allow the figure to soak until the legs turn rubbery this will allow you to freely move the legs around with much more ease. Now I have to warn you once the figure has returned to room temperature the flexibility will be greatly reduced but the legs will move slightly better than before. Yes it is sad we have to do such things but buying McFarlanetoys back in 90s prepared me for tragedy at every turn. I always prefer boiling water to the hair dryer technique, the boiling water penetrates heat deeper into the plastic quicker.

I like the nostalgic feel of these figures as always wanted my vintage ones to look more like the tv counterpart; however, I've heard and seen many bad things regarding the QC issues related to the hips/legs. Don't think I'll pull the trigger on any of these until Super7 can workout the engineering flaws. I wonder if Mattel will renew their license once it expires with all the negative backlash over quality?

This line is very disappointing, it's sad when Mattel could manufacture the leg swivel technology much more effectively during the final waves of the original line than Super 7 can 30 some years later. I have better things to spend my money on than badly designed hip joints that snap like twigs under minimal pressure. Also don't expect Super 7 to replace your damaged figures after you send them damaged pics either. They want you to send the figure back then there is no guarentee you will get a replacement.

I will however continue to support club grayskull, classics etc. The quality has been rather good on all the ones I have bought. Except for holiday He-man's chest harness having zero red paint on it. Same run around from customer support on that one too.

The Crystal Man at Arms and Frozen Teela are cool. I like how they painted parts of the faces on those instead of making them totally paint free. I'm not digging that Golden He-Man though. Putting a soft goods shirt on Adam was an interesting idea.

If these were $11 or $12 like the Savage World figures I'd buy every one.For $20 though. . . I'll think about it.If I'm happy with the Ultimates He-Man and Skeletor from Super 7 I might pick up some of these. I just keep seeing some shoddy qc from Super 7 shared here and there that make me think my good experiences with Super 7 have been flukes. If I'm getting Funko levels of quality from Super 7, I'd like to pay Funko prices.

Some of these look pretty cool. Trap Jaw would be nice. Maybe Orko would look cool posed up with the Classics He-Man too.
