Im not a big POP collector but the SDCC exclusive regular size Disco Skeletor from several years ago remains the most valued POP in my collection hovering around $1200(and costing only $15 when I bought it at that years comic con). By comparison most of the other ones I bought from SDCC around that same time frame tend to only be valued between $300 to $800 so theres a lot of extra fan love out there driving up that first Disco Skeletor price.
