NECA had previously teased this Back To The Future 7" Marty McFly (Audition)figure several times over the last couple months but have now released official images for it. Based on the images it looks like the figure will include a new guitar, guitar pic, alternate translucent hand, family photo with only himself left visible and a save the clock tower flyer. Check out the images below.

I just picked up BTTF 2 Marty at Target. Can anyone who has the figure help me out with this question?: Is there a waist swivel under the red shirt? It feels like there is some flexibility between the torso and pelvic piece but I dont have the guts to take a blade to the bottom of the shirt to cut it loose from the Jean's to find out. Has anyone done this yet?? It annoys me that NECA calls this an "ultimate" figure without a waist pivot.

Taking a pass on this one. If I want Pinhead Marty, I'll just RIP off his life preserver from the previous issue. BRING ON THE CAR!!!!

Oof.If they're going to make an "Audition" Marty, that's great, but who's the genius who decided the vanishing hand and photo were the right accessories for it? There's two major scenes in the movie where Marty plays guitar and NECA mixed them up. His hand vanishes at the Enchantment Under the Sea dance toward the end of the movie, not the Battle of the Bands audition near the beginning. We don't see the photo until he goes back to 1955. The audition is in 1985. The "Save the Clock Tower" flyer, however, is a totally appropriate accessory.

yeah they really should of had the hand as part of a 55 Marty not the 80's version. kinda wonder what stuff a 55 Marty will get now if all the good accessories are taken
