Mr. Geek-E sits down with NECA's Brand Manager Trevor Zammit to Geek-out about all things Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles. During the interview at time mark 08:52 Trevor shows off a new TMNT Animated series deluxe Rex-1 figure. This will be a single release coming sometime this year to Target stores. No word if the figure will also be available on the NECA store or what the price will be. See the entire interview below.

I don't remember the episode myself just his look. From what I read on a wiki he's just a robocop pastiche.

Wow! there's a blast from the past for me. I remember thinking this robot was so cool as a kid and have since completely forgotten about him. Definitely getting him!
