SpeekyGeeky has posted an interview he did with NECA's Brand Manager Trevor Zammit late last year. Besides getting some good insight to the line during the interview, we also get some updated looks at upcoming products NECA will be released for their TMNT lines. Also of note, it looks like both those Baby Turtles and Big Macc figures will be released in an upcoming accessory set along with a bunch of other random items from the animated series. The Dimension X portal will be sold as it's own thing and come with a 3 different lenticular cards you can slide in it. Napoleon Colossus will come with two heads, Jersey Red, Grunt, Tall Thug and Short Gangster will come with alternate mutant parts. We get a better looks at the Mirage Comics Shredder Clones and Triceraton Zog.
I think it was said that Jersey Red won't have mutated parts since she wasn't shown mutated in the series. That would explain why your first picture doesn't show her in mutated form with the rest.
