Yeah, I think NECA has lost their mind. $300 for three walls and a floor, no figures either lol. Not today!

I mean... is it, though? The Turtle Van, which was decidedly more complex and required significantly more engineering was $50 cheaper. Donatello's Portal thing, which is pretty comparable to the accoutrements seen here was $45. What you see here are not complicated items, they're basic shapes, with only one element requiring any actual engineering: the little arm thing. Everything else is just dollhouse furniture at a significant markup. It's all flat plastic, no joints, no difficult tooling, just... basic as hell. Meanwhile, they managed to put out their Street Scene diorama for just a shade over 100 bucks.
Thats a pretty cool dio, but ouch thats expensive convert that to Canadian and were into new car territory
I'm still on board to get me the the Ramen Toy Musk Deluxe which is two rooms pls the street scenario on top. For those who want something similar and affordable you better check them out and the price will be just a bit more than the one of these NECA rooms.???
$300 for that? You must be joking NECA.
NECA must be out of their mind if they think I would ever consider buying three walls and some foam for $300. Get real!
No one is putting the screws to me. I love the line and aesthetic and the price is right in line with everything else.

An empty room? It's full of devices and I can put the older lab mini-set they released a year ago. It latches onto sewer set and the street set, so this is part of a huge playset.
So glad I don't collect this line, outside of a couple of select figures. The pen-line aesthetic just doesn't work for me. My heart goes out to those that are heavily invested in it though, because NECA's really putting the screws to them.
Yeah, $299 for this is ridiculous. You can get three of their famous street scene dioramas for that and they can be more universally used.... Pass on this at that price. I probably wouldn't have even been willing to pay $99 for this, honestly. I like it, don't get me wrong - but just not worth it.
