NFL 2008 Wave 2 (NFL 18) Images

June 6, 2008
McFarlane Toys is proud to present 2008 NFL Wave 2. This lineup includes new poses for three of our most popular players, and the Sports Picks debut for four new stars.

Top-to-bottom, this lineup includes six Pro Bowl players and the starting running back for the World Champion New York Giants – not to mention the 2007 NFL MVP and Rookie of the Year. Our collectors deserve credit for helping build this lineup as well – Cowboys linebacker DeMarcus Ware was the most-requested NFL figure in the last "Call Your Shot" poll on our Sports message board. It's a world-class lineup of titanic impact.

* Tom Brady 3 - New England Patriots QB
* DeMarcus Ware - Dallas Cowboys DE
* Brandon Jacobs - New York Giants RB
* Adrian Peterson - Minnesota Vikings RB
* Devin Hester - Chicago Bears KR/PR
* LaDainian Tomlinson 6 - San Diego Chargers RB
* Ben Roethlisberger 2 - Pittsburgh Steelers QB

2008 NFL Wave 2 is expected to arrive on shelves this October.

I can`t wait for to get that Brandon Jacobs figure! I wish they would have given him a better pose though. One that would better indicate how physically intimidating he is. The guy is a beast!

I wish they would have made a Strahan figure doing his double bicep pose like the one he did in the Super Bowl after sacking Brady or even the jump shot pose. Although it did get to be annoying it was very memorable and many other players started imitating it. Go BIG BLUE!

I agree with everything you wrote...especially Go BIG BLUE! I'll definitely be picking up Jacobs. And yeah, a new Strahan would be nice. The only Strahan we have is the 2-pack one, and without the McNabb figure it looks a little strange, like Strahan whiffed on a sack.

I guess Ladanian Tomlinson is the Spiderman or Wolverine of McFarlane Sports Picks...there's one in every series!
