McFarlane Toys first two 7" Mortal Kombat XI figures are now up for pre-order with Sub-Zero and Scorpion which are due out in September.

Mortal Kombat XI Mortal Kombat Sub-Zero Action Figure
Another leader in the iconic faces for the Mortal Kombat franchise, Sub-Zero is a formidable fighter possessing the innate ability to control ice in many forms and whose defining character trait is his fierce rivalry with his nemesis Scorpion. In his first return appearance in Mortal Kombat II, it was revealed that the original Sub-Zero had died during the events of the first game (at the hand of Scorpion) and was replaced by his brother. In the subsequent games, the younger brother of Sub-Zero, remained as Sub-Zero, while the older brother became the wraith Noob Saiboot. The figure includes Base, 2 Ice axes and Frozen head with spine.

Mortal Kombat XI Scorpion Action Figure
A leader in the iconic faces for the Mortal Kombat franchise, “Scorpion” is the alias of Hanzo Hasashi, formerly one of the finest warriors of the Shirai Ryu, a Japanese ninja clan. After he was killed by Sub-Zero, a member of a rival clan of Chinese assassins known as the Lin Kuei, Scorpion became a hellspawned revenant residing in hell (later the Netherrealm) and seeking vengeance against those responsible for the destruction of his clan and the death of his family, including his wife and his son. Although essentially neutral in allegiance, Scorpion will join forces with anyone who can assist his plans of revenge. The figure includes Base, 2 Swords and Kunai spear.

Both figures are now available for pre-order at BigBadToyStore.com.

Sticking with Storm Collectibles for the most part for MK stuff, but curious to see how the final product turns out. Basically a non news day since it was a given that these two would be first out and no pics yet so still we wait. Looking forward to SDCC which is where I'm guessing these and Doom show up at.

McFarlane is making both Scorpion and Sub-Zero so I wonder if they just do a variation for one figure or for both and whats the case breakdown? It better not be something like 5 Sub-Zeros and 1 Scorpion...

This is interesting, I'll take and wait and see approach, see the final product before I make up my mind but for now I'm getting curious for this line. I wish they would have done designs from MK 9 as that one has some of my favorite designs for the characters but it could have been worse. Even if these end up being great I'm not sure if I would end up collecting the line but I would pick up a few here and there.

Figures look nice though I dont really collect MK figures so Ill pass on these If anything I would have gotten the Storm Collectibles classic ones but still passed on those. But they do look well made (great sculpting)

Those are just renders from the game. They are just there to showcase who they are doing and what designs. They did the same for the Doom guy announcement.

Pretty sure McFarlane is only doing the MK11 iterations, but thats not to say the classic inspired costumes in the game arent going to be made tho.

Id like to see Noob, Skarlet, and Baraka.

I'm still waiting on Noob Saibot from MK9. Not holding my breath.

I'm more of a classic guy. So the looks until MK3 are more appealing to me. Unfortunately I missed the Storm versions and imy hoping for a re release someday.
