It's not an obsession. It's called being a good business man. He has a multi-million dollar company that owes hundreds of thousands if not millions of dollars in payroll that must be paid every 2 weeks, so he's going to release what sells and Batman sells.
Todd's obsession with Batman characters is really really old. We've gotten bat versions of characters who haven't seen a normal release yet.
Hated this scarecrow design in Fearstate and it looks worse as a figure. Easy pass for me. Would much prefer a Jim Lee Hush scarecrow.
