I picked up the batcycle and both batman figures at Toys r Us in Macy's. I'm not a fan of the cloth capes but I get why McFarlane went with them I'm order for the figures to work with the vehicles. I agree the likenesses aren't spot on but there's enough there to enjoy the figures for me. With word of a movie batman six pack in the works I'm all in so far.

I'm skipping all of the movie figures except Dark Flash because I like that one for some reason. The rest just don't look good to me, but honestly movie figures aren't really my thing to begin with as I prefer comic based figures. I did get my shipping notice from McFarlane for the Batwing today though! I'm super excited about that. I already got the cheaper Target 12" version a few weeks ago. I pre-ordered the Batmobile and Batcycle (and Dark Flash) from Entertainment Earth though and haven't heard anything on those yet....

Wow, for real? I thought dark flash was the most underwhelming of the bunch. It looked like an action figure that was cooked on a barbecue grill to me. But hey to each their own. I think x2 bats and flash didn't look that bad but I'm not too much into the movie figs either way.

Have they got the films mixed up for the head... looks like it's on its way to being a shrunken head Keaton from Beetlejuice??

I'm still seeing more Ray Liotta than Michael Keaton.

Has anyone seen this at any Target anywhere? Or ANY of the new stuff??

You can kinda see the design as a half-step between the original and the Forever version, but that looks like it wouldn't make sense contunuity-wise anyhow. Looks nice, but for that pricetag, I'm going to have to pass, even if space weren't an issue.

If it were the '89 Batwing, though... ?
