Morally ambiguous and bored, Thomas Blake worked as a big-game hunter, tracking big cats and selling them to zoos. His cat obsession led him to a Pacifc island, home to a cat cult, from whom he stole a sacred cat carving and the cloth that covered it. Back in Gotham City, Blake became a costumed criminal equipped with feline-themed accessories inspired by Catwoman and Batman, including catarangs and a turbocharged cat-car. He eventually led the mercenaries-for-hire Secret Six, a team of anti-heroes doing as much good as they did evil acts. Pre-order yours exclusively from McFarlaneToysStore.com!

Yeah, I'm on the fence. Ordered it but after I looked more closely at the reference/source artwork McFarlane has on the package, I'm having second thoughts.

I thought they'd turned a corner when we saw the Dwayne Johnson "Black Adam" figs, in terms of both facial likenesses and body proportions, but that must have been the exception and not the rule, because a lot of their figs could be used as the basis from which to claim that McFarlane has some secret agreement where they are required to not allow their figs to look too much like the source material on which they are supposedly based.

Ah, the nefarious Catman! A personal favorite. I'm even willing to deal with McFarlane's sadistic shipping practices for this one (seriously though, who doesn't have ANY kind of minimum order/free shipping practice in this day and age?)

I agree about the shipping, and worse yet they started charging upfront for pre-orders a while back. I try to now only order from McFarlane for the bundle deals that usually offset the shipping cost. I always use the MTS10 coupon code when I do order from them for 10% off. I was going to order a crap ton of sale stuff from them last month, the order in the card totaled a few hundred dollars but then the shipping came up to be like another $125 or something so I just removed everything from my cart and said forget about it. Not worth it. If I'm spending hundreds in one purchase and you can't cover my shipping or at least make it a reasonable charge then I don't need to buy from you.

I did order this Catman from them, though since it's an exclusive. It cost me $32 and change after shipping and taxes (and I had to pay for it a month in advance), but if it's the only way to get it....

I have a couple of the Mattel version of this character and have always loved it.
