I honestly don't think that I've ever seen a Jokerized style figure in the wild at retail. I feel like the Jokerized stuff is normally a Target exclusive, although this appears to also be available on EE, which is usually Blacklight or Sketch variants. Either my Super Target doesn't order them or they sell out before my weekly runs. I'm assuming they don't order them. I tend to see the Walmart exclusives like the DC vs Vampires stuff but never see the Target stylized versions like this locally.
I'd likely only ever pick up something like this at under $10 - but doing these lets Todd tell DC that he's putting out a high number of figures per year, even if a lot of them are just repaints of existing figures with no new tooling whatsoever.

This Jokerized stuff needs to just stop, you can't jokerize everything, he even tried to Jokerize Joker, which is ridiculous, this Red Robin looks so horrendous, so stupid, hope people are happy and want it, but it makes me want to scream, I get it Joker sells, but now you are just making things that are not Joker Joker, ugh Todd on the same game, more re-paints, re-paints of re-paints, jokerized Jokerized Joker, just release some classic DC figures, stop making 5000 of the same thing and using every gimmick in the book.
I dig it. Reminds me of Robin's suit in the case from BVS
Shown below is the new McFarlane Toys Target Exclusive DC Multiverse Gold Label Red Robin Jokerized 7 Exclusive Action Figure and available for pre-order from Target.com with a suggested retail price of $24.99.A self-made hero in every sense of the word, Tim Drake deduced the real identity of Batman and auditioned for the role of his next partner. Batman had lost his most recent sidekick, Jason Todd, in a tragic turn of events, and in Tim's mind, Batman needed a Robin to stay true to himself and his mission. Tim was taken into Bruce's care, where he spent only a brief time serving as Robin before striking out on his own as Red Robin. Analytical almost to a fault, Tim represents the "brains" of the Batman Family's roster of former Robins. As a Teen Titan, Tim excelled as both leader and mentor, though following in Batman's footsteps is anything but his dream.

Easy pass on the jokerized stuff he's putting out. So my wallet can breathe lol. Bummed I missed out on the sketch supes though, that was awesome.
