Uf-dah. Forget the hair not matching the card. That waist execution is one of the laziest things I've seen from Todd in a while. I can think of at least three different ways they could have handled that and still save the money the obviously wanted to save with this figure.
Here is are some in hand images via jwmp_show at the McFarlane Toys DC Multiverse Walmart Exclusive Gold Label Black Lightning 7-inch Scale Figure from Final Crisis. This figure is a Walmart Exclusive here in the states.

Awesome looking fig! Now lets get a Cress William's version as well

Dont worry, Todd will later release another store exclusive of him with the bald head and the card depicting him with hair, and then later the 2 corrected versions. All with special gold label stickers ofc ?

Looks pretty good. I wonder why the lightning bolt "belt" is sculpted, when it looks like it's just a pattern in the suit in the reference art. Always makes me wonder about the decision-making at McFarlane, when they do extra like this (or the completely unnecessary and not-comic-accurate armor sculpted on the Tim Drake Robin figs) but then don't do things that seem clearly called for with other figs, particularly paint apps.
