LOL, McFarlane couldn't come up with another re-color for a figure that was already a re-color.

Alright, fair point

I'm surprised it wasn't a blue repaint with the trunks being blue too.

It also figures that the only figure that doesn't get a chase variant is the highest agreed upon dud of the set. Poor Batman doesn't even get a chance here, huh?

So are these going out on the shelves or are they still street-dated?

Curious to what a case assortment with these will be since there's at least 3 chase variants.

Oi, happy hunting to all of you wanting to get that red super and classic John Stewart.

I was hoping for a different head on Superman Red like Mattel did. With Red being slightly angry looking.

I can't tell what's different about Aquaman, I guess his armor is a darker shade of metallic? That's kind of boring. I actually like the Green Lantern chase variant here, I wouldn't mind getting it instead of the regular version at all, though I don't necessarily want it more, but if I got it, I probably wouldn't have the desire to get the other. And Superman is another case where I'm actively afraid of getting the chase variant instead of the standard version. I much prefer the blue electric Superman to the red one, I'd only want the red one if I'm gonna have both, and I'd rather not have to track down a blue one after getting a red one. And really I'd just rather have the blue one by itself

We all knew it was coming but it has now been confirmed thanks to some images that have surfaced on social media showing us the Platinum Edition figures for the DC Multiverse Justice League of America Build-a-Figure Plastic Man Wave. Looks like there are 3 chase figures in this wave for Aquaman, John Stewart Green Lantern and of course a red version of Superman. No indications so far that there is a chase version for Batman in this wave.
