DC Multiverse Justice League of America Plastic Man Build-a-Figure Wave Platinum Edition Target Case

camp_crystal_lake_collector lets us know about what seems to be special cases for the McFarlane Toys DC Multiverse Justice League of America Plastic Man Build-a-Figure Wave that are arriving at Target stores now. This wave features 3 regular Batman figures and then 1 Platinum version for the other three figures in the wave. However the cases do not include any regular versions for Aquaman, John Stewart Green Lantern and Superman. We aren't sure if Target is the only retailer getting this case assortment or not, but being we know how Target likes red figures such as the Red Superman one, it makes sense this might be some kind of Target exclusive assortment.

I'm surprised they went the BAF route with Plastic Man. Is there not enough demand for the character?

I paid extra for an oversized Bane, wouldn't a Plastic Man with all of those accessories cost the same or less?

I'm sure they will release an new Plastic Man as Gold Label in the future.

The red version should have an angry face sculpt to match the story

These look good. Just wish they'd re-release the story the red and blue are based on.

I'm loving that mcfarlane is giving us a lot of 90s love right now. Wish the TPBs for these hadn't been cut short. This is a great look for my favorite version of aquaman.

So, if I understand the problem here is you want more batman variety from mcfarlane? Someone tell toyfarce to stop the presses, we have a new headline.
