It makes me mad that he finally does a female character and makes the head sculpt look terrible. Also the costume is the worst one she has. He should've used the same outfit Mafex used.
The alternate heads are at least passable, but this is the worst Huntress costume by far.

Last round of preorders with the Red Hood, I checked all morning multiple times, then missed it when I stepped away for a 30-minute lunch and came back to find out they'd gone up for order and sold out everywhere in that time. With this, I checked multiple times this morning, got tied up with some things, then checked around 11 my time (assuming they wouldn't be up yet), only to find out they were already up and she'd sold out on Amazon (my preferred source, due to shipping/returns). I was still able to get her from BBTS, which is great, but why won't McFarlane just set a freaking pre-order start time like Hasbro and other companies do? Stuff goes up for sale at different times on different sites from one pre-order round to another.
Then again, maybe this is yet another of Todd's ideas of what collectors think is fun and enjoyable in the hobby.
Sorry. One of those days. Just doesn't help when a major company in your hobby seems hell-bent on making things more difficult, complicated or frustrating than even remotely necessary.
This is why I say, if a company is making it that hard to buy their product, they don't deserve your money. The gimmicky titles they use to make you think you got something special "deluxe", "special edition", "platinum", "gold label", blah blah are just a way to justify overpricing for standard (and sub-standard) product. I just keep my money and spend it elsewhere.
These Green Lantern figures look nice. There's a lot of texturing and detail. I'm hoping to end up with at least one Platinum version for the Arkis and Green Man heads.
Update: Ditto for Huntress as far as hoping to get a Platinum of her as well.

Your right!!!! and that would be the perfect excuse to get an Older Bruce Wayne figure.
Its Hilarous all these videos & people complaining- "How am I gonna track down 2 platnium versions!"( while Not mentioning the small shoulder difference or that they need A secondary one MIB). Thus, WHY DO YOU NEED TWO? The extra secondary platinum head, will pop on the other standard version just as easy. LMFAO! Or even an earlier Hal or Jon figure etc. Who wants their GL army all the same height anyway (an yes I agree that this is A stupid choice to make A platinum).
