Not a whole lot to shout about in this sneak peek of upcoming releases. The biggest figure is the 7in Superman from the 1978 movie.

The next would be the Norm Breygole Batman 7in. The New Batman Animated figures only have three figures listed. The rest are pretty much blah, IMO. I expected to see a new 6in. Batman '66 retro wave, but alas, nada.

I think it's interesting that there's apparently two Superman '78 figures in the pipeline, and I wonder if they'll actually be different in any meaningful way.

It's possible. It appears that one is based on the movie while the other is based on the Superman '78 comic book series. The movie figure could potentially have more of a Christopher Reeve likeness than the comic figure, they could have slightly shades of blue on the suit, or it could be as little as a few small packaging differences (or some significant packaging differences). Time will tell.

Man, a whole, whole bunch of stuff I'll be passing on from McFarlane, and then Superman '78 & Grid. I'll reserve judgement on Mr. Terrific and Simon Baz until I actually see them, but McFarlane keeps dropping the ball on some pretty basic things lately, so we'll see how those turn out.

I know it's insane, but I think it'd be hilarious if the Grid chase figure was just the Cyborg figure that just came out.

There is images floating for the Lord of the rings line and Im a little disappointed if they are the final product ! He seems to have gone a little backwards in terms of articulation, they seem to have neck, shoulder, wrist, hip and knee joints but no elbow ones the hip is a ugly T crotch style joint and single jointed knee, the BAF does look fully articulated as its a larger creature ( trying to avoid spoilers without name dropping) Im just pointing out how great the avatar colonel figure was with articulation compared to these

from the terrible pics I saw I'm assuming 5 POA

seems like he is following Super7's Reaction line & overcharging as they are

McFarlane hasn't done anything Mortal Kombat since about 3 years ago, so why would we see a Mortal Kombat 12in - Sub Zero (Mk1)?

Possibly because the new movie is coming and they want to keep the license to make stuff ? Just a guess
