Dang! Thought I was going to get one of these this time.
I had orders in for store pickup as well as for shipping, but they were all canceled for "out of stock".
It seems Walmart's inventory management leaves something to be desired.
I'm fortunate enough to have both versions of Lucius and I have to say that he's my favorite figure to be released this year by McFarlane. He's easily one of my favorite figures that McFarlane has done since they took over the line, and I normally don't even collect movie figures. Side by side, I probably have just a slight preference for the version that came with the Tumbler. I highly recommend picking up either version of him if you have the chance.
To follow up on Obs' comments, at my local Walmart the pegwarmers right now are that new Red Hood and DCvV Shazam, however they've also still got the Black Lantern wave, the Mr. Freeze movie BAF wave, the Flash Page Punchers wave and the most recent animated wave (with Bane and the Joker with hyenas) as well. There are a couple of the Gold Label Hal there but I never saw the new Gold Label Supes at all. I check once or twice per week because I really want a Platinum Lightning Lad and Platinum Simon Baz if/when they hit.
Ive never seen Fox and I have 8 Walmarts. Ive seen Pickup order inventory on the website but it sells out immediately. This figure is one of the most in demand. Hes sold out now once again. I saw Hathaway all the time and both Bales. That Hong Kong Platinum was a pegwarmer here. There have been a bunch of old figures showing up at both Target and WM here lately. They just sit there because everyone who want those have them. It has completely killed new waves showing. There for awhile new waves hit alot and then they dumped old Flash Page Punchers and that armored up Batman everywhere and thats just sitting there.

Probably 4 or so, total. But kind of a pointless comparison to make; the point I was making was that they're either packing a LOT of Lucius's in each case or he's going out in straight-up his own full cases. Either way McFarlane is devaluing the "Platinum" brand this way. Comparing it to an actually low-produced figure from earlier in the year is just kind of silly (and speaks to my point).

Walmart does tend to region block areas from ordering but as of right now the figures are available to order.
Some good accessories with Adam West, gotta admit that one.
