Why they didn't use the same material for the Batman Forever Batmobile instead of the totally inaccurate Glowing Green?

AAHH!!!! Now I'm in a problem, (to buy or not to buy, that's the question?) because I wanted to get this figure as a BAF but I couldn't get all of them, I only have the legs, if I buy this one now I might get the missing three parts later (maybe somewhere). I don't think I need two of them, so big dilemma.
