You can find both at Walmart in the collector section in Electronics. One of my local stores had 1 common and 5 Platinum about 10 days ago, so I had no trouble getting the Superman III variant.

Really nice photos, we suspected that this is what the platinum version would look like and it's not that bad after all.(Too bad the card pictures are all the same.) I guess the whole McFarlane company would go bankrupt and cease to exist if their figures got normal colored wrists, right? Oh poor Tod, what would happen to you then?
The photography didn't do justice to this guy. This is a pretty good Christopher Reeve for this price. I'm still not interested, but I'm happy for those who were waiting for this. It turned out better than it might have.
I'll admit the face looks better then I thought for sure

Joints are fugly on him but, the likeness looks a bit better than i thought.
Mcfarlane can do great stuff. Why do they do it so rarely? Look at how freaking awkward CR Supes looks in that 3rd pic. Pretty much guarantee it's due to the usual grade-school level articulation the Todd Father puts into the lower halves of almost all his figs. If only things were as "cool" in reality as they are in his imagination.
