The only time he's ever responded to criticism about it was when he unexpectedly put the Hathaway Catwoman up on his site after saying she would be only a chase variant.

It's foul how Mcfarlane makes you run in circles to try to find Variants. Just list them and stop playing with people! You sell out of everything else why be fickle with variants? Collecting is supposed to be fun and he intentionally makes it a headache! Mcfarlane is the main thing I buy now because previously I was all in on Legends and Star Wars. MR. McFarlane could be more collector friendly!

The color on Keaton's chest emblem and belt didn't match in 1989.The missing black edge is an issue, though, I agree. I also agree that making the head and neck one piece like on the Hush Batman could have been a good way to maintain the Burton Batman aesthetic while still having an articulation point.I Can't stand the damned curved ears at the top of the cowl. Seems like they get worse every time Todd re-releases his '89 Batman figure.
Those are some sizable arm pegs on that Scarecrow. I can't unsee them.

It's interesting Mcfarlane, he's tinkering with the cape to make it as detailed as in the movie but he can't get the chest logo and the belt colour to match, and he doesn't paint the edges of the logo black (so it looks pretty shoddy), not to mention the Superman wrist colour, it's not important there to have that much detail. Also the neck on the movie Batman's might be better done like the Hush-Batman's, to make it one with the head.
I don't know what's going on with Amazon. This the 2nd time i missed this with them. I saw it flash up, tried ordering but it would not check out. It feels like to sold out in 1 min like why???
