Knightmare Batman seems phoned in, after looking at the actual video and stills taken from it, including what appears to be an attempt to make it look more "bat" like by making the "ears" larger than what they actually were.
Shown below is the new McFarlane Toys DC Comics Multiverse 7'' Batman Begins Knightmare Batman Gold Label Action Figure is not yet available for pre-order at Target but does have a listing online now with a suggested retail price of $22.99.Batman Begins explores the origins of the Batman legend and the Dark Knights emergence as a force for good in Gotham. It's a Target Gold Label. Saw it on the pegs this weekend.

It is unlikely to be available through anything other than random chance or on store shelves. But I wouldn't pay three times the price. Usually platinum prices drop a bit as people start finding them at Target or Walmart or wherever.

I also agree that making the head and neck one piece like on the Hush Batman could have been a good way to maintain the Burton Batman aesthetic while still having an articulation point.I Can't stand the damned curved ears at the top of the cowl. Seems like they get worse every time Todd re-releases his '89 Batman figure.
You're right about the colour of the belt, I didn't notice it before, it's hard to see in the film, it's quite dark. Also, the figure manufacturers sometimes release it this way, sometimes that way, they don't always pay attention to this detail. Since this is an unmarked release, is it possible that they will release a Platinum version with a normal wire cape? Toddfather does this kind of thing, everyone orders this and then they release the better one, we're holding our heads that we've been fooled again.:)

Yes, he says this all the time.
The only time he's ever responded to criticism about it was when he unexpectedly put the Hathaway Catwoman up on his site after saying she would be only a chase variant.

You sell out of everything else why be fickle with variants? Collecting is supposed to be fun and he intentionally makes it a headache! Mcfarlane is the main thing I buy now because previously I was all in on Legends and Star Wars. MR. McFarlane could be more collector friendly!

Also the neck on the movie Batman's might be better done like the Hush-Batman's, to make it one with the head.
