What is the point of this line? They are not frozen stiff, they are made out of ice? If that was a power of say, Mr. Freeze Captain Cold or Icicle or Killer Frost, animating ice... maybe it would be good for something, but as it is this is dumb. Ghosts or Zombies of old figures would make more sense.

Because Todd needs to make money on his tooling with cheap repaints just like he used to in the 90's. See also the black and gold Batman repaints, the 'Jokerized' line, the unpainted 'Artists Proof' edition...
