I was at a con this past weekend and one of the vendors had a couple of platinum task force figures. We shared a good laugh about how Platinum Supes is probably the ugliest thing McFarlane has put out in the entire line. I can't fathom why anyone would want those figures outside of morbid curiosity, but anyway, looks like it's sold out.

The Jade wave will be available everywhere i about a month. Gamestop has a timed, first to retail, exclusive period.

This looks pretty good, way better then that eradicator, idk why they gave him that plastic cape. I Feel all these companies are always 1 step forward and 2 steps back

Yep, why they didn't just use the one they did for the figure that came out with Dr. Fate, I can't tell you. But very often they're lazy about that detail.
