Is that the DKR horse?
This is the first time In a long while I've actually contemplated buying a new Spawn figure, what Todd's been putting out for Spawn lately has been snoozealicious, and being someone who owns a huge collection of the figures from the past, I feel like I need nothing, but this is something I would like to get, however it's an exclusive and blah blah label...this might detract from my interest, I'm not going to go out of my way to hunt this down, I will buy it if I can, and I would like it, that Horse alone is what is pulling me in, a skeleton horse with flames...Uh Yes.

WoW, just say no more, NO, this is $100, on Gamestop Canada, um...I do not feel like that is a reasonable price, even the standard version is 90, Sorry this is not gonna work, Keep that.
however, Spawn stuff seems to sell really poorly around here, and usually goes on a discount, so I'll wait and see, but I'm not paying $100 before tax on this, seeing as how that Horse is just a re-paint of one a thousand times done, and this figure looks like its 2 POA away from being unarticulated.
I'll be glad when Mattel makes more than 10 figures. Usually I can land a pre-order but sometimes I'm not available. I shouldn't have to turn to eBay if I miss the first minutes of a pre-order. Or I shouldn't have to pull the car over at the exact minute the preorders launch. That's ridiculous! I'm disabled and even I occasionally have something to do.
A lot of it is the paint, but not all of it...This guy just looks so incredibly lackluster in comparison to the original (and variants) from 20+ years ago.

My luck has sucked with the McFarlane Gamestop pre-orders lately. I've whiffed on this (regular version) and all of the DC Multiverse Bizarro, Gordon and Jade. The only one that I've successfully been able to pre-order was Cyborg Superman. I'm going to have to go try to talk to my store this weekend and see if they can help me out.
