She's not perfect. The head is middling and the neck peg is too short. This new head looks better. But Who is Wonder Woman is a million times better than the Gal Gadot figure.
Yeah I almost got excited about this, that maybe we'd see that infamous Wonder Woman again, you know the one nobody could get, but alas, nope it's a re-used ancient movie body with a comic head? ugh what a let down, why oh why wouldn't Todd man just get that classic Wonder Woman back out and actually make bags of money, because people actually want to buy that figure.
I can't imagine the squeals of glee from anyone over seeing another barely articulated Godzilla, and A WW people are guaranteed not to care a whole lot about.

I'm skipping the Superman/Godzilla set for this because the only decent comic WW I could get my hands on was Endless Winter.

So many people would have insta-bought if this had been the comic Wonder Woman that people are apparently willing to pay through the nose for. I have no idea how a company would be blind to this, so I guess they just don't want to move units and would prefer same inevitable Clearance fate that have and will continue to befall the other releases in this line.
I honestly can't tell if this is incompetence or intentional.

But there is no way any company other than McFarlane would make a classic/comic Wonder Woman the rarest and most expensive figure in their DC action figure line.
Yes, he could have corrected this. But, the status of retailers and the market today doesnt help. People cheer at the "ease" of finding Target exclusives...not me. The Target in my town is the worst I have been to. If releases dont have a decent online offering, odds are it's still an Ebay exclusive for me and others.
Hoping Mattel has an advantage in toy aisles at Walmart. And Mattel Creations has been a way better experience than Mattycollector...so we'll see.
I dont have a Monsterverse Godzilla figure yet, so I may attempt this or the Superman one. Not much articulation going on, but the sculpts (at least on the Kong one I saw) look better than the playmates stuff. Im more a fan of Japanese Godzilla and have forked out a bit more for the Super7 ones, but Id rather pay less for the American one.

I will get this for wonder woman I need one for the collection because I didn't get the other one too expensive now
