Apparenly they're taking one headsculpt of the Joker Expressions Pack and putting them in different Joker releases.

Nice to see 'tuxedo' Joker finally making it out - the old DC Collectables Mad Love set was solicited with a black suit Joker alone with negligee Harley but we ended up with just another 'standard' Joker instead. These product pictures seem a tad on the shiny side but at least it doesn't seem to have obnoxious cel-shading colors!
