This week's TNI Cool Custom is of a Mortal Kombat Goro's Lair diorama. This was created by EvilHayato. Here is how they describe it:

Finally finished this guy up this weekend. I used XPS insulation foam, lots of paint, some 3d modeling and printing for the shackles as well as a visit to hobby lobby for the chains themselves.
