TEEN TITANS #1 SELLS OUT AGAIN!
Four months after its first printing reached stores in July, TEEN TITANS #1 Fourth Printing (JUN035320) has sold out at DC Comics, though copies still may be available at retail. This printing of the phenomenally popular debut issue sold out just one day after reaching stores on November 12.
"Thanks goes to the readers, the retailers and DC for letting all of us work on the book," says writer Geoff Johns. "This is just great, because Mike McKone and I and everyone are just getting started with TEEN TITANS. Issue #6 is due out next month with the JLA swooping in unwelcomed, and then we've got some big things in store for Raven and the all-new Brother Blood coming up soon after. Brother Blood will scare the hell out of the Titans when they find out what his plans are, and what his powers are."
"All of us at DC are overjoyed at the ongoing demand for this strong launch of the TEEN TITANS," says Bob Wayne, DC's VP > -> Sales & Marketing. "We expect demand on upcoming issues to grow as well, so now is the time to increase orders. And while we have no plans to go back to press on the issue at this time, well, we didn't have plans to go back to press on it any of the other times, either, until it was clear that the demand for more copies was there."
Other issues of TEEN TITANS are available as follows:
TEEN TITANS #4 (AUG030236) and #5 (SEP030278) are on sale now and available for reorder, as is TEEN TITANS/OUTSIDERS SECRET FILES 2003 (STAR19985).
TEEN TITANS #6 (OCT030263) is available for advance reorder and is scheduled to be in stores on December 10.
TEEN TITANS #7 (NOV030248) is solicited in the November issue of Previews (Volume XIII #11) and is scheduled to be in stores on January 14.
