Maybe retailers want another “A” character in the mix to make the Baltar / Roslyn wave happen. So how about making Baltar into a “Baltar & Six” 2-pack? Even the most uninformed retailer will have a vague sense that some twitchy guy and a blonde in a red dress were a core part of the show. (Just change up Six enough to make it worth buying again — like give her a new hair style, or include the bracelet).

DSTChuck: Right now there is very little to no retailer support for BSG but a two pack like you suggest is something we’d be looking into. Hopefully the two packs we recently shipped will do well.

Hi guys- just 2 questions this month… 1. On the gallery blog for the cylon 2-pack, you were sure to cap the “end of bsg world as we know it”… Was that you trying to tell us something about the line? Or is there still hope for series 4? I mean, 2 packs seem to do a little better, could you at least give us a baltar/ roslin 2 pack as a grand finale??? 2. With the comiccon fast approaching, I havnt seen any news from DST, at least not in the bsg/ star trek realm- can you fill us in on anything that will be shown?

DSTChuck: Right now there is NO development going on with BSG that includes series 4. All products are on hold and the hope is the two packs will do well and we can build on that. Not much new for Trek will be shown at SDCC, what we have shown we still have lots of work to get completed. No BSG will be shown, sorry.

Hey Chuck! Many Greetings.Although most of my major toy collecting is coming to an end due to marriage(I’m getting married July 8th so by the time this sees print, I’ll be a newlywed lol), I still want my BSG figues. You said in the last Q and A that the Leader wave is not looking good so my question is….can we just have Baltar? Is there a chance of one more TRU wave. You can do it like you did the last one. Howzabout 2 more random Cylon robots and a shortpacked Baltar? I think we can all live with that. I want Cain but she’s not essential and I have the best Adama already(mustache is no longer a big deal when you have clean shaven). So howabout it? I’ve now come to grips that we probably won’t see Roslin but can we have Baltar since he already went past prototype phase? Best wishes as always.
