Maschinen Krieger Continues the SF3D Phenomenon

The newest collectibles in the popular trading figures trend are about to hit retailers’ shelves, and they are available through Diamond Comic Distributors!

Originally artist/designer/chief model maker Kow Yokoyama collaborated with Kunitaka and Hobby Japan model magazine to produce SF3D, a photostory illustrated with models, sketches, and diorama scenes. So successful was the series, Nitto Japan produced high quality kits based on the series. The story was later discontinued, but the vehicles are now reincarnated under the new name, Maschinen Kreiger!

Imported from Japan, the Maschinen Krieger: Gladiator H.A.F.S. Vehicle is an impressive arachnid-type Heavy Armored Fighting Suit vehicle that spells trouble for anyone standing in the way of the rebel army! This 1/35 PVC Gladiator vehicle was designed by famous Final Fantasy mecha designer, Kow Yokoyama.

Also kicking off this hot new series are the Maschinen Krieger Trading Figures! This series includes Snowman S.A.F.S., Mulusine, Desert S.A.F.S., and Working S.A.F.S. The Snowman S.A.F.S. is a robot suit decorated to look like a snowman. The Melusine robot army figure is detailed in three different colors (Desert, Winter, and Camoflage), comes with three different weapons, can be posed in 3 positions, and comes with a detachable arm to help change weapons! The Desert S.A.F.S. figures can be positioned in four different poses, come in two colors, and include 3 different weapons. The Working S.A.F.S. figures have different colors assigned to the "Police," "Fire Fighter," "Rescue," "Construction," and "Ranger" robots. Each type has a special right or left arm to change with the regular arm. All of these incredible figures feature hard PVC bodies!

Scheduled to ship in March 2004, these are collectibles that no fan or collector of mecha will want to miss!
