I have no idea how is the licensing for this character, but they already made a comic version a while back and 1000 toys has that license now. Because has that special Guillermo del Toro signature collection featuring several characters from his movies, but I don't know if they can or will make Hellboy under this line. Ask Randy on Twitter and maybe he'll reply.

This is definitely cool and since the 1000 toys version is too expensive I'm thinking about picking this one
He looks good for sure. I guess I'll have to wait until the movie to see whether or not I actually like this version of Hellboy. I'd probably prefer the 1000 toys more comic styled version in general, but this one has more realistic detail to it. The 1000 toys probably has more articulation though.I think I may end up passing on both to get something else with the 1000 toys exclusive version being sold out, which is the version I would have preferred the most.
