Prozac provides us this look at some of the new Microman figures from Takara.

Dark Army

This figure is much cooler than I thought he would be. He uses the standard micro body with Acroscorl’s head cast in black “chrome”. All his accessories are the same black chrome as well. Includes the standard sets of hands and display stand. The body is a transparent/smoke black. Aside from sharing the head with Scorl, he uses his shinguards, chest armor, and claws minus the mechanical arms. He also has 2 wrist claws that come with the Microspy and the “shoes” that come with Acrovoltech. He is decorated with different “colorful” sayings and various symbols. He comes in a box that is designed like a coffin with “RIP” on it. A nice touch IMO. Due to the language that is on him, you gotta click the links to see him. Be warned though, evpletives ahead:

Devilman(anime version)

A cool figure, but at the same time kind of boring as he doesn’t come with any accessories besides the standard hands and display stand. Definitely not as blue as first pics showed, more of a blue/green favoring the blue. The wings are removeable and just attach to the hold in his back. Some a few mods were made to the body: A different waist piece and find on his arms and legs.

Zero One Side Shield Xiang-Ni

The zero one figures were determined by a vote in Quanto Magazine a few months back and this is what we got. This pair was highly anticipated and didn’t fail to deliver the coolness we were expecting. Using the new standard female body, Xiang-Ni is pearl white in color with orange highlights. She comes with the standard female hands, display stand, 2 piece chest armor, and a laptop that attaches to her leg.

Zero One Side sword Jin

This is one fine Microman if I do say so myself. Probably my favorite of this last bunch. Jin is a deep, dark, transparent purple with light purple highlights. In original pics he looked blue, but it is pretty obvious it’s purple…..and it looks great. Jin comes with the standard set of hand, display stand, a backpack that I can only describe as a double cannon, a sword that doubles as a laserblaster, and a leg attachment to carry the sword/gun. The hair is kinda long in the back and hinders the movement of the head, but it looks as though Takara compensated for this and made the neck post longer, allowing you to lift the head up some for better movement. The Zero One books sold out really fast in Japan, so this set can pricey to find.
