Word is, that Warrner Brothers is considering bringing in newbie British Director David Yates. This comes just days after it was announced that the 5th movie titled "Harry Potter and the Order of the Phoenix" would also have new a screenwriter, Michael Goldenberg, making it the first Potter picture not to be written by Steve Kloves.
Yate's only has one feature credit to his name, and thats a movie titled "The Tichborne", which never even saw and American release. Apprently what attracted Yates to the eye of the studio was his television work, particularly his acclaimed 2001 miniseries adaptation of Anthony Trollope's sprawling Victorian satire "The Way We Live Now". Yates is also slated to direct Jennifer Connelley in a screen version of "Brideshead Revisited", before tackeling Harry's 5th year at Hogwarts.
