Superman Returns Star Brandon Routh to Announce Operation Super Hero on Sunday

Recognizing that every dad is a Super Hero to his children, Warner Bros. Pictures is hosting special Father's Day events in anticipation of the Wednesday, June 28, release of Superman Returns, the new epic action adventure about the greatest Super Hero of them all.

-- On Sunday, June 18, Superman Returns star Brandon Routh, accompanied by his father, Ron Routh, will make a special appearance at Miramar Marine Corps Air Station in San Diego,

California, where Brandon will host an advance screening of the film, primarily for kids whose own fathers are serving overseas.

In honor of Father's Day, Warner Bros. Pictures has also arranged for computers to be set up so the kids can send personalized

Father's Day E-Cards to their own Super Hero fathers who are serving in Iraq and other overseas deployments. The Superman Father's Day E-card can be viewed
