Mystery Science Theater 3000 New DVD!

The folks at Satellite News, which is the official MST3K website, report today about the next release from Rhino, Mystery Science Theater 3000 - The Essentials, set for an Aug. 31 release:

RHINO ANNOUNCES NEW DVD SET
On August 31, Rhino Home Video will release a new 2-DVD set it is calling MYSTERY SCIENCE THEATER 3000 - THE ESSENTIALS. It will contain two episodes that scored very high on the poll of fans we took several years ago: Episode 321- SANTA CLAUS CONQUERS THE MARTIANS and episode 424- "MANOS"-THE HANDS OF FATE.

The set will have a suggested retail price of $24.95.

No information yet about any extras that may be included on the set.
