Scott Chitwood had the opportunity to attend a special showing of the
Star Wars: The Trilogy.
On Wednesday, September 8th, I had the pleasure of attending the rollout of the Star Wars Trilogy DVD in Los Angeles. It was held at the Silent Movie Theater on Fairfax. In attendance were Jim Ward (Vice President of Marketing and Distribution from Lucasfilm), Irvin Kershner (Director of "The Empire Strikes Back"), Kevin Burns (Executive Producer/Director of the Empire of Dreams documentary), John Lowry (Film Restoration Expert), Rick Dean (Technical Director, THX), Van Ling (DVD Producer), and surprise guest Mark Hamill.
