It's Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles meets Hello Kitty with this strange new line of Mutant Kitty PVC figures from a company called Dreams Come True.
BigBadToyStore.com has them up for pre-order and they are releasing figures based on all 4 Turtles. They stand 5.7″ tall and though not pictured it is said they will also come with chunky versions of their signature weapons. Look for them to be released in June 2014.
