2014 SDCC Day 3 - Nickelodeon TMNT Animated Series Panel and Trailer

Nickelodeon is on hand at SDCC with a panel for the TMNT animated series. On hand are the voice actors for Raphel, Mikey, Karai, Casey Jones, Donnie and Seth Green who is taking over for Leonardo.

This is the 30th Anniversary of TMNT. Shout out to Kevin Eastman and Peter Larid. Kevin Eastman comes up on stage.

The show got their first Emmy nomination this year.

The series just launched in Japan. Also a new music video.

Seth Green is a life long fan of TMNT and is very excited to be joining the show. His favorite Turtle is Mikey.

Who will win the heart of April Donny or Casey???

The love triangle between April, Donny and Casey brings a whole new dynamic to the series.

Sean Astin loves playing Raph cause he's the bad bo..turtle. Raph has layers though and not just a bad ass. Sean says LOTR was great and has it's place in Pop Culture history but that the Turtles go forever.

Greg Cipes, the voice of Mikey pulls out a TMNT electric guitar to play a song he made up this morning. Yum Yummy... I Wanna Eat Ya.

Greg says TMNT has had a heavy influence on his life and who he is.

Season 2 has the last 3 episodes coming up. The finale is going to be big. Big premieres return to Friday Nights in September. They are going to Dimension X at the end of Season 2 into Season 3.

Showing a clip for "Into Dimension X". The Turtles go through a portal to Dimension X which looks really trippy, pink sky, floating islands, no gravity, different laws of physics.

Turtles are looking for Mikey. Then they get zapped by some ball.worm looking things. Looks like something out of a video game. Comment that Mikey isn't around to give them a name.

Then they show Leatherhead being tortured by the Kranng.

Meanwhile the Turtles find a cute little creature that turns into a big giant one and starts chasing them around and Mikey comes and rescues them. Has a strange helmet on. Mikey says he's been here for months.



Season 3 Characters that were teased: Shown are the following: Turtles Creep, Beavers Of Doom one of which will be voiced by Robert Englund, Napoleon Dynafrog, Mondo Gecko, Muckman. There will also be a new Turtle Party Van.
