This weeks TNI Custom was done by Customs By Matchu who has made a custom Super Stoned Usagi Yojimbo figure. Here is how they describe the figure:

This was only the second head sculpt I’ve ever sculpted but I had a blast with it. Really feel like I captured the stoner look, particularly in his bloodshot eyes lol
