Power Players, ZAG's action-comedy animation series that is currently airing on Cartoon Network, follows a team of secret toy heroes led by Axel, a kid who discovers the Power Bandz which can transform him into the living, toy-sized action figure, Action Axel. Together with his team of toys brought to life, Axel and the Power Players fight the destructive fun of villainous Madcap and his pack of toys gone bad.

Playmates Toys is released 5" figures based on this property which will be hitting shelves any day now. The figures cost $9.99 each. The wave will include figures of the following characters, Axel, Masko, Sarge, Bearbarian, Galileo and Madcap.

These look super generic. Its kind of like those off brands of established things like 'spaderman' etc. I thought I was seeing some off set of figures from Toystory, the new megaman, luchalibre, small soldiers/gi joe, etc etc.
