I would just about sell my soul for Hasbro to get the license and make a Black Series-like 6" line of figures from all eras.
Honestly, of the big players, i feel they are the worst with announcements and such.

Seeing how Playmates has absolutely no interest in listening to customers comments and concerns regarding their Star Trek products, I really hope someone else gets the license too. Hiya is really making a good impression with each new reveal. Those might be a little price prohibitive for retail but I definitely want to see them tackle the broader roster of characters. If Playmates ultimately throws in the towel I would not mind seeing Jazzwares do a 4 inch line similar to Fortnite and a line of ships similar to Micro Galaxy Squadron.

My daughter loves the TOS communicator. Glad they are releasing a new one
And here I thought no one could phone-in a Star Trek license quite like Diamond Select, but Playmates appears to be giving it a shot!

I've sorta been wondering the same thing. Playmates seems to be missing the mark on a lot of stuff lately.

Ah man, Jay beat me to it. Then again it is Jay soooo... Can anyone tell how this differs from the original?
