New 6" Shazam Movie Figures From Mattel Revealed - POSSIBLE SPOILERS

While 12" Mattel Shazam movie figures have been slipping out on retail shelves for several weeks now, this is our first look at some 6" figures. These images come via igor on Twitter who recently saw them on shelf.

The 6" figures shown are part of Mattel's 6" basic line which are made more for the kids than collectors and it's unknown if all these are characters that will actually appear in the movie or not, but if so this would be considered a SPOILER.

Shown below are images for Shazam, Freddy, Darla, as well as on the back images of Mary (female red), Pedro (green) and Eugene (black). Each figure appears to come with a mini statue which would represent the Seven Deadly Enemies of Man. Again it is unknown if the statues play a role in the movie as they did in the comics or if this is just something Mattel added for more play value.

The toys as we understand it are embargoed, though we don't know the official release day, but if you see these on shelves right now you may not be able to check out with them.

Mattel will also likely do more collector oriented DC Multiverse figures for Shazam, but as of now we have seen no trace of those. Hopefully that is something we will see revealed at the New York Toy Fair which takes place starting on February 16.
