This week's TNI Cool Custom is of a SG-1 Goua'ld System Lord Apophis figure by Steve Rogers.
Here is how Steve describes the making of the figure:
- Completely dissembled the figure.
- Cleaned and primed.
- Painted with Metallic Gold and brought out details with a black wash & dry brush.Went back over certain areas with the gold to highlight.
- Sealed all armor with Gloss clear coat for a shine.
- Completely re-painted the head with a lighter skin tone to differentiae form the other Serpent Guards in my collection.
- Sealed heard and hands with Matte Clear coat
