I doubt it. They've never released the same figure with rooted or sculpted hair before as an option, and retailer listings often get stuff wrong.

I think rooted hair works better for anything longer than shoulder length, and sculpted is better for shorter styles. The Bat Girl figure still has the rooted hair it had in San Diego, and I'm guessing it'll stay that way.
With that in mind, Im wondering if there will still be an Alita released with the rooted hair and body armor as they showed at SDCC, as I saw this one listed as Alita Version 2, somewhere, recently. I dunno if that means theyre going to release multiple versions from straight out of the gate, or release one and see how it does, or what kind of feedback they get, before considering potentially releasing the other. I usually cant afford Hot Toys pieces, so I can only ever really window shop their goods, online. So, I dont have as much familiarity with when and how they decide to distribute.

Also, Hot Toys needs to update that Aquaman with a new headsculpt. That thing from a couple years ago just does not look like Momoa.

But, the hair looks different, and not in a good way. And the one at SDCC didnt have the black leather overlay suit. It was just the metallic, cybernetic body chassis. So, I dunno. Looking back to the one from SDCC, I havent wanted to get my hands on a Hot Toys figure like thatever. This one is making me second guess myself, quite a bit.

The batgirl looks very nice and I'm always a fan of predator.
The Predator is looking good, great details.
Something about that Aquaman does not look right at all. I think it's the likeness or the hair or something. He just looks off.
