I agree I would do the same, I love the monsters more then anything, I really only want this line for Mighty Morphin and monsters, I would be compelled not to cherry pick if there were monster BAFs. any other BAF no, and I don't care to collect non MM ranger figures so I'm glad in a way we don't have BAFs I'd rather the monsters be deluxe, so I can continue to cherry pick.

Pass on BAF's for me. I just want the monsters. And if it's truE that these monsters are 8-inch tall, as long as they're not BAF's, I'm in

Thats why the S.h figuarts rangers will go so well with the villains. Already Zedd and Goldar look great next to the figuarts rangers but these new villains should look amazing next to the figuarts Megazord

Speaking of Megazords. I'm a big Grimlockfan. If that new t-rex MZ is anything close to the charms of Grimlock, it has to be part of my collection

From a business stand point I do agree that Hasbro is missing out by not having a BAF in each wave, however, as it is, a lot of people complain about the character selection in this line; I can imagine how much worse it would be if they would be "forced" to buy an entire wave just to get a monster or character. Plus the regular figures would probably lose something: an alternate head or another accessory to accommodate the BAF piece in the package.

I really do love the villains in this line. Those wacky and over the top designs are part of what made the show so fun to begin with. I still think Hasbro is missing out by not employing the BAF process in this line. They could pick up a lot of interest by making a different villain as the BAF in every wave. I realize it would probably require they boost the figures in each wave to at least 6 figures and the villain may not have as many accessories as a Deluxe figure, but as a casual fan and Cherry Picker of this line myself, I can tell you I'd be much more compelled to buy complete sets in order to get some of those super cool and crazyvillains on my shelf.

I seem like the only person who is going to say, I am disapointed in the King Sphinx's face sculpt it looks like they barely cared to give it any depth, no wash, just looks like they kept the same head as a unpainted prototype, I also am not a huge fan of how the make up looks on Astronema, she looks like she got hit with a make-up truck and it's no good, I still will probably grab the King Sphinx because he's one of my favorite Power Rangers Monsters. the rest nah, Pumpkin Rapper maybe... I really just want to get Mighty Morphin Blue and Black rangers so I can for the most part drop this line.

yea tue green ranger casting has me less interested in this series, maybe even power rangers as a whole seeing how the new movie wants Bobby brown as the red ranger. tragic woke time we live in lol

If those new pumpkin and sphinx monsters are more than 7 inches tall, I'll grab them. Monsters are supposed to be imposing, if Hasbro has to know... :)

Astronema real actress is a beauty...

Her figure looks good!

Got my pre orders for the Andros vs. Astronema set as well as King Sphinx and Pumpkin Rapper in.

Kinda wish they had gone with Astronema's post-cyborg red-head look. Would've made the set a perfect representation of the Countdown to Destruction two-parter. Still consider that to be some of the finest TV EVER.
